Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Trench Master, the seller of Trench Master. By using the app you accept these terms. You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organization you use it for.
The service
Trench Master is a field calculator for pipe grade, slope, and trench layout. It includes 10 free locked runs; a one-time $4.99 purchase grants a lifetime, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for unlimited runs.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, and tax terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
Field verification — important
Trench Master is an estimation aid only. You must verify all grades, elevations, laser alignments, and inverts with a calibrated level before placing bedding or laying pipe. You are responsible for all construction decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app unlawfully or for fraud or spam; infringe our or others' intellectual property; reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute it; bypass the trial or unlock limits; or interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping).
Ownership
We own the app, its software, documentation, and branding. Your purchase is a license, not a sale of the software.
No guarantee
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including layout errors, re-excavation, structural defects, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of these terms.
General
