Who we are

Trench Master is operated by Trench Master ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: trenchmasterpro@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

  • Calculator inputs and free-run count — stored only in your browser on your device. We never receive your job site numbers. Purpose: running the app.
  • Email address (purchasers) — collected at checkout and stored with your purchase record so you can restore your unlock on another device. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Support messages — the email and details you send us. Purpose: answering your request. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Basic technical data — such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

  • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, tax, and invoicing for the sale.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the app on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed, and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising trackers inside the app.

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential browser storage to save your inputs, settings, trial count, and unlock status. Clearing your browser data removes it. No analytics or marketing cookies are set by the app.

Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide restores and meet legal and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, or request a copy. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to purchase records to server-side systems only.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
